0000091: htmlspecialchars() breaks RTE field output

The contents of the RTE field in categories will not get displayed as HTML because they are passed through htmlspecialchars().

0000084: static_languages

While editing a download I get the error

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'FROM static_languages, pages WHERE pages.uid=static_languages.pid ' at line 2 This may indicate a table defined in tables.php is not existing in the database!

0000083: SQL query for importing links from foreign table isn't complete

When installing ab_linklist in Typo3 4.2.8 the table tx_ablinklist_link gets the structure which is listed in additional information.
If the import links function is used you will get a SQL query which does not contain the "t3ver_*"-fields.
Adding ", '' AS t3ver_oid, '' AS t3ver_id, '' AS t3ver_wsid, '' AS t3ver_label, '' AS t3ver_state, '' AS t3ver_stage, '' AS t3ver_count, '' AS t3ver_tstamp, '' AS t3_origuid, label" to the SQL query solves the problem.

0000081: Flexform Status for added Download should also apply for BE-User-generated Downloads

The Plugin FlexForm has its own option for setting a new dl into a certain status (unconfirmed, confirmed, reported broken, mfd) when FE-Users propose a new download. This does not apply for BE Users, which is a pity.

New pagebrowser works, but there are still table-tags wrapped around the links. In ab_linklist the above code works correctly - there are no table-tags.

0000071: ab_downloads problems with downloads and additional UTF8 bytes

Hello,

we are facing a strange problem at work with ab_downloads. Every new
download adds a "EF BB BF" (which seems to be UTF8 related [1]) to
the beginning of the file, causing the download file to be corrupt.
The files sizes are actually the same because the last three bytes
of the original files are cut off as well.

On the server:
>Server$ md5sum pcvisit.*
48048173190c822daefe32368328c056 pcvisit.exe
98b91e6e7e15d72e1755f6739505e72c pcvisit.zip

On the client:

0000067: field 'image' set to '_01' if no image uploaded

If no image has been uploaded with the file, the DB field 'image' is filled with '_01' instead of empty value.

Please change class.tx_abdownloads_pi1.php:1897-1905 to (same as for filename in next block 1907-1916):

In BE module the hardcoded edit links on the download item labels are linking to an empty page in TYPO3 4.2.0.

0000029: downloads with time limit and code

Hi again, here's Sam again.

Another feature for the same project is follwing request:
- A download list should be available, categorized and searchable.
- The result of browsing the downloads should make an impression of what is available for the surfer.
- The stuff is only downable, if the user commits a code, he formerly got by email for a specific download; to avoid mass-download, to avoid totally foreign downloads.
(Last point is the main request; only a provided code enables the download; the code is valid only a short span of time (e.g., 7h)

Is this possible to do with Modern Downloads??

0000060: ordner / dateien ausserhalb des typo3-ordners / absolute links

Ich bin grad dabei eine Website auf Typo3 umzustellen und würde für die Downloads gerne die ab_downloads verwenden, da ich bereits die ab_linklist installiert habe und diese super funktioniert.
Nun zum eigentlichen "Problem":
Die Dateien liegen in einem Ordner ausserhalb der Typo3-Installation (genauer unter root/data/downloads/ ), und dort würde ich sie auch gerne belassen.
Nun ist es derzeit (anscheinend?) nicht möglich Downloads ausserhalb der Typo3-installation zu wählen, da unter Relations nur Dateien innerhalb der Typo3-Installation gewählt bzw. hochgeladen werden können.
Wäre es möglich dort auch eine Möglichkeit für relative bzw. absolute Links anzubieten?
